China Semi-Automatic Animal Pellet Feed Mill with Low Investment

Our feed machine have semi automatic and automatic two kinds, the different between them is the batch system. Semi automatic feed machine use manually to batch raw matials, automatic use computer batch. Use different size of ring mould to produce different size pellet feed for different animal.

Main process as follow:

1. raw material recieve and cleaning
Main raw material cleaning method: screening method, magnetic separation and wind election method.
Main cleaning equipments: cylinder cleaning screen, permanent tube
2.crushing of raw material
Raw material after crushing, surface area increase, conducive to animal digestion and absorption; but also variety raw material can get uniform size, help to improve and raise mixing and other processing links.
3. bacthing and mixing
Batching is the process in feed production normally happening between the grinding of ingredients and mixing of the feed. Normally there have two processes: first ingredient, after grinding then mixed, and first crushed after batching then mixed.
Mixing is under external force, two or more kinds ingredients mixed with each other, so that the volume of each component evenly distributed in small particles
The feed will not be the balanced formulation it is designed to be unless it is properly mixed. So efficient mixing is the key to good feed production.

4. granulation
Pelleting is the mesh feed plus steam conditioning, and force to pellet by pelletizer, then cooling, crumble and classifying, to get required pellet feed.
Pellet feed suit for feeding pigs, cattle, sheep, horses, chickens, ducks, fish…..etc.

After granulation, feed easy to package and storage.
